MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS was recently awarded the Providence Village Recreation Center project in the master-planned community of Sterling Ranch. Surrounded by 85 acres of open space and 5 miles of trails, Providence Village will be the flagship of nine villages located within Sterling Ranch. Situated south of Chatfield Reservoir and west of Highlands Ranch, the community is estimated to potentially bring in more than 30,000 residents over the next 20 to 25 years.
The recreation center will serve the occupants of the 800 homes that will eventually encompass the Providence Village neighborhood. Designed by Woodley Architectural Group, the structure will be 2 stories and 6,000 square feet. The exterior of the building will reflect the quality and fine craftsmanship of the houses around it. The interior of the ground floor of the facility will have an exercise room and high-end locker room. A second floor “Great Hall” will be used for community events and gatherings.
Outside the recreation center will be an outdoor pool accessible for Sterling Ranch residents. This is the first project in what we see as productive and mutually-beneficial relationship between us and Sterling Ranch.
