This project will transform half an acre of land in the central core area of downtown Frisco, into a viable and sustainable option for rentable housing.
Constructed with SIPS Panels, the restaurant will seamlessly integrate with Downtown Black Hawk’s historic charm. Unique features include copper paneling, footrails, illuminated ceiling tiles, and distinctive lighting, paying homage to the city’s history.
The project encompasses a new event deck with Catenary Lighting, providing stunning views of historic Gregory Street. A boardwalk will guide pedestrian traffic to a modern standalone elevator, replacing an underutilized ramp. The elevator, designed with historic elements, features a stone veneer look, sconce lighting, and a steel structure with a transparent glazed upper floor.
The Little School on Perry Street project involves constructing a 1,314-square-foot building addition at 203 North Perry Street, located at the northwest corner of Second and Perry Streets. The addition will connect the existing garage to the main house and include a small deck. The expanded space will be utilized for classrooms and kitchen facilities.
The Little School on Perry Street intends to use this space to offer weekday child care services to the community, as well as date night child care on Friday and Saturday evenings and special events on weekends.
